Two Bedrooms/Two baths (sleeps 6).  Each bedroom has a king size bed.  Futon in the living room sleeps an extra person.  Blow up twin bed available for an extra person

Rates:

• Nightly rate = $200.00
  
• Weekly rate = $1,200.00
  
• Extra person (over 6) = $10.00
  
• Security/damage deposit = $100.00

Deposit:

• 50% of rental rate

Cancellation fee:

• No charge if cancelled prior to 14 days of rental date.
  
• Within 14 days of rental, deposit is forfeited.
